how to insert ni icon to the subVI ?

Hi all,

I use LV 8.5, I can edit the icon but don't know how to insert the icon which downloaded from ni.com into my stand alone subVI, would you please help. Thanks.

If I understand your question correctly you want to use a custom Icon you downloaded as the Icon for your subvi. If you are using windows. To do this open your subvi and right click on the icon in the upper right hand corner of your front panel. Select edit icon. Select import picture to clipboard and browse for your picture. If your selection will not import to the clipboard open it in Paint and save it as a .png. Then select it to the clipboard. Once it is on the clipboard select tools>> paste and it will go into your icon editor.
