image to RGB color separation

Hi Ravens Fan,

I do not have a clue as to how to change the settings on the image to see the red and green images.

Thanks

Hi Henry,

property nodes are your friend! Smiley Very Happy

You can change (nearly) any setting of a control or indicator by using property nodes. See attachment...

Edited: changed attachment. It includes a pic from soccer championship Smiley Very Happy

Henry,

There are a lot of great resources on our website for users that are new to LabVIEW. Specifically, I would recommend you take a look at this page: How Can I Learn LabVIEW?

Hello GerdW,

I've check your labview example and verify that you have used a picture of a fat guy football fan. The flags painted on it's body are portuguese. Are you portuguese?

Hi Jorge,

no, I'm not portuguese...
The picture is from European championship 2004 in Portugal. There was a slide show on my favorite news website showing fans of all soccer teams. This guy was the funniest Smiley Very Happy, so I copied the picture to my harddisc...

Hi goker,

this thread is very old by now...

"what is the point of seperating the channels?"

Sometimes you have to work on a specific color channel?

"How do you know that decimate 1D array separate R G B?"

Because I know the data format given by the LoadJPEG function...

"the picture is Jpeg"

So what? It doesn't matter which file/compression format is used for the picture...

Best regards,
GerdW
