I just had a brief look at your vi. Generally it is far to big - every LV programmer, who does not have a 21inch monitor (or maybe bigger) has to scroll around in the block diagram and the front panel as well. Try to avoid this and make the code "smaller".

In addition you should clarify your problem - a general post and no comments in the vi. How should the community know where you have problems?

So I suggest you to post some more precise questions.
