NI Update Service should use localized time format

The NI Update service manager 1.1.2 uses US time format.

Unfortunatly I don't know what time 11am is.....

Please fix this, those little things get me angry.

Dear Ton,

thank you so much for your post. This is more a new feature which you can request through the idea exchange. I also made an internal feature request, unfortunately those requests don´t have a reference number like a corrective action request.
