About Integrating XCP Protocol into VeriStand: I am referring to http://www.ni.com/tutorial/14433/en/ tutorial for integrating XCP into VeriStand. I have one Battery On/ Off button available on VeriStand Workspace and until I make it On, ECU will not be powered on. And only after ECU gets Powered ON, XCP Connection will be established. When I use other calibration tools, I manually press “Go Online” button and after that click on “Start Measurement”.
How does it work in VeriStand environment? Once the project is deployed on the RT Controller, when XCP connection attempt will be made? If Connection is unsuccessful at first attempt, then what happens?
Because I am not able to establish connection over XCP from VeriStand and I don’t get any control in Workspace for this.
I am using PXI 8513 card for XCP Port configured at 1000kb. All Basic Settings like CRO, DTO etc. are made in System definition file.
I need to have control to Connect/ Disconnect over XCP in Workspace window.
