Temperature Controller using Fuzzy Logic

Hello,

As attached pictures, I tried to program two different 'Temperature Controller of Thermoelectric Cooler using Fuzzy Logic Toolkit'. The input temperature is inserted by user in the range of 24 to -14 Celcius. The output of the fuzzy is then supplied to the plant's transfer function of a Thermoelectric cooler (TEC). The output of the temperature is compared with the setpoint temperature until they are equivalent .

The simulation has no error however the output is not the same as the input. Please check my programming, and tell me what and where is wrong?
