Logging data using stimulus profile editor

Hi together,

i want to log data with the highest possible frequency using the NI Veristand Stimulus Profile Editor.

I have the following hardware available:

What is the highest possible frequency concerning the I/O Modules? Is 1MHz possible?

Am i right, that there is no way to work with Waveform I/O channels in the Stimulus Profile Editor?
