Errors when subsystems are used

When I use subsystems in Simulink, it generates naturally a "/" to indicate that there is something beneath the subsystem but this causes the error I attached to this question. When I eliminate the subsystems and take the inside out then it gives the same error with the title of the model. Note: I commented out the mentioned subsystems and got the message saying only: "errors occured" and nothing specific. How can I solve this issue?

have you tried not to use the "/" at the end of the name like the error states out?
