Routing VXI-MXI-2 Trigger to backplane

I'm currently working with a VXI-MXI-2 and a AIM/AXI429 boards. My aim is to drive a trigger on backplane TTL line 0 from my VXI board to the AIM board.
I found the SrcTrig function that could do what I want, but it doesn't work.

Do I have to do some special programming before calling this this function for this signal to reach the backplane ?
