Test - Detect Pre-Allocated Clones

This test detects VIs that are marked as Preallocated Clone Reentrant. You can optionally detect VIs that are preallocated and marked as inline. There is a third option that will detect preallocated clones that are called as subVIs from within a Parallel For Loop.
