Feedback Form - How is your group doing?

Share you best tips here. This is a living document meant to be added to by user group leaders to spread knowledge so go ahead....hit the Edit Document button on the right and get started.

After your first meeting and even once your group is established, it is always a great idea to get feedback from the member. This can help you plan future meetings but more importantly will help you determine areas the group could improve in.

Here is a sample questionaire you could give out (or put in a Google Doc Form) to get feedback:
