Creating this document as a placeholder for Peter Horn's Assertions code.

Peter Horn added the source code on there as well as the VI Packages, so anyone interested in making their own modifications can do so - but anyone wanting to just use it as is can download the VIP only. Peter is working on updating the videos on there to reflect some of the changes he has made in the last couple of months, but the documentation in the package is up to date.

Steve Watts pointed me to a presentation Peter did at the CSLUG meetings, it is an early version of the framework. Steve will let us know when he publishes a more recent video from another presentation Peter gave at CSLUG:
