X410 LMX2572 Error

We recently purchased a USRP X410 SDR. We are having some issues with the device that we believe may be a hardware failure, but would like your input. Since purchasing, we have not been able to operate it at all.

We get an error stating:

Unable to communicate to LMX2572! Expected R125=0x2288, got :0

Error during initialization of block 0/Radio#1!

Caught exception while initializing graph….

This error occurs when attempting to run the command uhd_usrp_probe and when attempting to load a new FPGA image. When loading a new image, it gets all the way to ADC self cal and then fails on this portion.

We have loaded UHD 4.7 on both the host and the X410 and verified it was loaded. I have downloaded new X410 FPGA images and attempted to load every one of them with the same error. We have tried multiple PCs with the same error. I am not finding any similar issues online other than one instance where it was a timing / hardware failure.

Any ideas?

The same issue, with UHD v4.3 on the X410 using the X4_200.bit. I have tried configuring the image from the eMMC and mender as per the getting started guide. No resolution. Please let me know if you've resolved it.

Same problem here, can you provide a solution? I have already tried with different UHD versions.
