USRP E312 Freezing While Running Python Executable

I have attached two images to this post. The first being a picture of the GRC flowgraph that the receiver radio is implementing. The second is the result of running the receiver.py executable on the USRP. The USRP is freezing right as it begins to execute the program. Any help would be great. Thanks!
