Synchronization with each USRP 2921

we want synchronize the three USRP 2921.

Our system concept follows:

1. Each USRP 2921 transmit sync. signal periodically.

2. The others, those don't transmit, adjust their sync. to transmitted signal time.

3. Finally, global synchronization is completed.

how to establish this system?

can we make the sync. signal not the on-board sync. ??
