SD Card Ejects from Port on RoboRio 2.0

Hello,

Our RoboRio 2.0 will not retain the SD card causing a failure in boot for the RoboRio 2.0. Once we stop pressing against SD, it will not remain seated and will eject out of the slot. We have tried multiple times to get it to click in, but it flew out moments later. Please advise us on the next steps and thanks for the support.
