RoboRIO CAN connector

We have a NI roboRIO v1 and the upper CAN wire locking mechanism is broken. The wire just pulls right out. Can this me repaired or will be have to spend $485 to buy another?

Our CAN connector for the low side (GRN) no longer holds the wire. The little white tab does not spring back up, and the wire simply falls/bounces out. I was advised to come here for help in getting it repaired.

I am attaching pictures of the UL & S/N label, plus two images of the malfunctioning connector.

The connector is the only problem with this Roborio. Everything else functions properly.

please advise,

In the future, please create a new thread.  Having multiple issues in the same space adds to confusion.

It looks like your CAN port is damaged.  Are you alright if I send you an email on the address associated with your forum account?
