Cannot Format or Update RoboRio

Hello,

We have a v1 RoboRio that will will only connect via USB in safe mode and then will not update or format. Several laptops have been tried and they were all able to update other working RoboRio's. The unit will return a ping on 172.22.11.2. Laptops have no special characters in the names. Antivirus/Malware turned off. Only one RoboRio connected. Driver station shows good communications.

have you seen any blinking pattern in the leds of the roborio?

All of the steps mentioned have been tried multiple times on several laptops.

No pattern was noticed.
