Switch Executive Error

Hi , 

I have NI switch which is PXI-2586. When this switches run for a few times, it eventually will get this error:

 

Once this error is happen, I will goto NI MAX to reset this PXI-2586 switch Once reset , it become back to normal. But just for a while it happen again. I am not too sure what's happening. I goto NI MAX to open soft front panel  once the problem happen, however the soft front panel not able to let me open it by prompting the error: 

Can somebody help me on this issue?

Hi!

Have you configure the switch to scan and have initiated the scan? And does this error only happens randomly? If everything works fine most of the time and this error shows up randomly, you can try clearing the error as a workaround, it should keep the programme running with the correct behaviour.
