high count temperature sensor input

Hello

I need to design a system with 365 thermocouple input. I was planning to use SCXI platform. I could use SCXI1102/1303 modules, but the price goes way up. So I was thinking in using some kind of switching or multiplexing, but I can't find any NI multiplexor whith high input count designed for thermocouples. Using a standar multiplexor will intrduce errors and I'm affraid not getting good measures. I'm looking for a presicion of +- 1°C.

Any advise on the matter?

Hello JF,

For large channel count the best choice is SCXI, but if you want to use a switch board you can use a PXI Switch board with a DMM board to do the measurement of tempearture.

I think the best you can do is contact your NI representant, they can help you do the best choice.
