Books/Resources on Sensor Signal Conditioning?

I've recently found myself needing to work with a variety of sensor types and having to clean up the signal from them. I know some basic techniques to tackle this but would really like to have a reliable resource or two to reference when I get stuck. Anyone have any good recommendations? Thanks.
