thanks for the feedback... hehe.. i have already tried .. the values can be save but not the systolic and diastolic values.. as i only need one value for each but it appear alot of values... but i thought i have already added the statistics for the mean... ?

i tried to prompt the user to enter the name and after that the user has taken its blood pressure... both the systolic, diastolic and name will be save in the excel.. but i fail to do it.. no idea why?

Sheena,

The example below uses the “Prompt User for Input” express VI to get the users name, and then concatenate this name with the data so that it will appear in your spreadsheet. Please feel free to alter this code, and concatenate strings how you would like. After the concatenation, it saves the data to a tab delimited file, which can be opened using Excel.

Here is the same example in LabVIEW 8.0. Thank you for letting me know the version of LabVIEW you have.
