Arduino, LapView and real time filtering setup

Hi my Friends,

I have a simple setup of a loadcell + amplifer+ arduino + Labview through Linx, I am collecting data in real time at 1000 sample per second speed

But I am missing the filter part and i want to do a low pass filter through LabView but, the DAQ Assistant can't be used with arduino as I understood.

Is there is a way to filter the arduino signal through labview.

There are digital filter VIs in LabVIEW.  Look in the Signal Processing->Filters palette.  You will need at least the Full Development license to use them.

I also advise you get away from using the Express VIs such as the DAQ Assistant.  They tend to hide too many details that are very important.
