Is it possible to program cRIO-9036 using Keysight VEE software via its USB port?  Thank you in advance for your comments.

this question should be directed to Keysight and maybe posted in their VEE board…

(I don't think so. Atleast you will not get any support from NI for such 3rd party software.)
