Use of NI 9215 in Scan mode

Well I am using CRIO 9081 and NI 9215 Module, I want to aquire signal in more number of samples per second(atleast 20,000 sample in a second) , however unable to find the option where I could change the number of sample option. Right now I am getting around 100 number of sample per second. Can anyone please help me out and tell me the steps by which I could change the aquisition of number of sample.

Hi souravdasnitm,

Am I correct in saying that you are unsure of where to set the Scan Period of the cRIO?

In order to do this you can right-click your cRIO target and select properties, then select the Scan Engine category. This will allow you to set the scan period at a minimum of 1ms (i.e. a maximum of 1KHz scan frequency).

However, as you would like to acquire at least 20,000 samples per second it would be advisable to use FPGA Interface rather than Scan Interface.

If you're not familiar with FPGA interface then section 3 of the cRIO Developer's Guide found here: http://www.ni.com/compactriodevguide/ should point you in the right direction.
