Slow Waveform

I am trying to use a cRIO to collect data in scan engine mode and then connect over the network to the cRIO to control and read the data. I am trying to create a load waveform and it is updating slowly resulting in it missing some of the data causing an inaccurate graph. I am hoping that there is a better way than to use a shared varible to read the graphs on the host pc side.

Hi Billy,

If you want lossless communication between the cRIO and the host PC then you can use network streams. This white paper below provides information on the basic architecture and how you can use them in LabVIEW. In the LabVIEW Example Finder you can find examples using network streams by navigating to Networking»Network Streams.
