NI feeds issue for crio unreachable?

I am not sure if I post that at the righ place.

I have an issue, I want to install software on cRIO through max, last week I was having no issue and from the same PC today I have this error :

and I run opkg update I have this

Downloading http://169.254.1.63:9100/download.ni.com/ni-linux-rt/feeds/dist/Packages.gz.
* opkg_validate_cached_file: Failed to download http://169.254.1.63:9100/download.ni.com/ni-linux-rt/feeds/dist/Packages.gz headers: Couldn't connect to server.

It is not a firewall issue (simply disabled it to try)

But if I go there : http://download.ni.com/ni-linux-rt/feeds/dist/
feeds seems to be available. Any idea?

Thanks for coming back to me. Now it is working again (formatting did not help at that time), to be honest I don't know why it is working fine again...
