Manual Update AI Settings in Realtime

I am reletively new to Realtime and have limited experience with Labview but my question is to read the correct AO signal using crio and realtime I must first do a refresh AI setting update with the required values each time I reboot my hardware.  Can this be set on the FPGA program or possibly set a timer in the time critical loop of my realtime program to initialize possibly 1 minute after startup.  Forgive me if this is not the brightest of questions but I am getting started and have a lot to learn.

Hi Steve,
I'm not sure what you are refering to when you mentioned "refresh AI setting update with the required values".
Are you talking about AI calibration? Or is it some kind of custom FPGA code that takes input to specify the rate of your acquisition?
Did you have an example to work off of? Are you using a pre compiled bit files?
What would you like to set on the FPGA program? What settings are you passing onto the AI?
Please clarify.  Thank you!
