Hi
I use cRIO with NI 9870 module
I moved the example that comes with LV of NI 9870 to my project.
But i have an errors list that i can't correct it.
i have attached images(.png) to clarify.
Thank you in advance for any help.

I haven't used this module but I have a few ideas. Can you drag the port from the project window into the FPGA diagram? Maybe something got messed up when you copied the example. I remember seeing something about serial in the add/remove software list in MAX, do you have all the needed modules installed on the cRIO? You can view all available modules by doing a custom installation. You can backout without changing anything.

Hi taper
I can't drag the port from the project window into the FPGA diagram!! i don't know why!!
I think that something got messed up when i copied the example. Is there some rules of copying??
I have attached an image of my MAX (logiciels underneath my cRIO)
Is it something missing??

Looks like the project isn't recognizing the hardware. If you can't drag the port to the diagram something's wrong. Can you remove/re-add the 9870 module in the project? Could try making a new project from scratch, just copy your VIs into the new folder.

Hi taper
Now it's ok i correct the errors of the FPGA VI by doing that:
But i still have a compilation problem..i've attached an image(.png) of the compilation status
how correct that?

It seems that the compilation tools for making the FPGA bit file is not installed.
Try to install the NI-FPGA module again. This should also install the Xlinx tools
Else try to look here:
http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/compactrio-compiling-FPGA/m-p/2117120#M687865
There are two links for the Xlinx tool download.
But make sure you use the correct version for your LabVIEW and FPGA module version.

Hi dkfire
i miss the xilinx compile tool
Now it's ok i've installed the xilinx compile tool 11.5
But after almost 12 min of the compilation process this error appears
what does that mean?

Hi Moonm,
That looks like a file not found error (I don't read French). If that's the case, your installation might be corrupt. Try reinstalling the Xilinx tools.

Hi Jeff.St
the translation in english :
Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: File not found. The file might have been moved or deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the operating system. For example, use \ as path separators on Windows, : on Mac OS, and / on Linux. Verify that the path is correct using the command prompt or file explorer.
I use this link http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/CCEAE7847F41C36A86256D1F0070D224
Also i repair the xilinx tool 11.5 but does not fix the problem
