1.I have installed a full LabVIEW 2012 with all the drivers. 

2.Installed compactrio drivers from the CD.
3.Updated and patched urgent and critical items.

4.Configured and downloaded full drivers into compactrio.

Fianlly, Measurement & Automation Explorer shows the rio is connected in safe mode but with software error.

Attached are all the screen shots that I have taken. Could anyone please help?

It's probably just a broken dependency or something like that.

Recommended Solution:

- Format the controller from MAX (don't sweat formatting RT controllers, it's done all the time)

- Only install the recommended software set (RIO 12.0)

- Confirm that works properly

- Add software components as needed from MAX

If you have trouble with it, a favorite of mine is to look at the console output.  On the 9073, you can either attached a serial cable to the serial port and flip the console out switch (if you search there's a KB on Console Output) or view the console output through the web interface (you'll have to have the web configuration and monitoring software installed first).
