All AI/AO/DO on cRIO 9064 without function after deploying

Hi.

Have optimized an already running project. I changed the scaling for one AI (NI9237 on RIO9064) and clicked "deploy" on the device context menu in the project explorer to deploy all I/O Variables. Now the main VI running on the cRIO does shows all AI=0 and AO=0V and DO all false. Everything else works, just no IO. Reverted changes. Still no IO. Deployed everything anew that can be deployed, reboot PC/cRIO, revert to old version of the Project. Reinstalled drivers to cRIO. Everytime the behaviour is all AI/AO/DO zero, no fix. Labview shows no errors. LV 2019 SP1.

I'm totally lost, have not touched a cRIO in years. Am I missing something obvious? Any idea? What can lead to this behaviour? Was it maybe something else i probably did on the project?

PS.: Have recognized there are multiple (3) instances of the main vi shown during deployment - not sure if normal/related.

For test reasons I started a new project and can't find the connected device in the "targets and devices". I can't even choose cRIO 9064 for manual setup via IP.

On the original project and in MAX, same PC, the device is available.

but still all IO=0.

On DSM, when I try to enforce values i.e. for the DO module I get:

Error -65536, Communication with the module not possible.

Also

Error -66202, Unable to force requested channels

The cRIO seems accessible and working.

In the end now it helped to switch this cRIO 9064 to a cRIO 9063 (I kept in my closed from an unfinished project).

Hardware defect? I still do not get it and I'm afraid it may happen again.
