Is it possible to use the python 'nidaqmx' module with Linux?  

 

Could you build C / driver into a python module for Linux?  I know that there are drivers supported for Red Hat / Cent OS, and SUSE, but can you either build the LabView / C driver to use with a different bistro (i.e. Ubuntu).
