Speaker: Michael Weir (Enterprise Data Acquisition Lead, Optimal Plus)
Mob programming is a software development approach that requires the whole team to work on the same thing at the same time in the same space and at the same computer. Team members may have significantly different backgrounds, but they all work toward the same goal. Collaboration is extended to everyone on the team using rotation timers and navigators. Taking rotations enables the implicit sharing of best practices and shortcuts used by various team members in real time. At this session, learn about mob programming in the context of LabVIEW development.
