Abstract: Learn the advantages of standardizing semiconductor validation with NI TestStand and LabVIEW and by establishing PXI as a common platform across multiple TI teams. The common state-of-the-art infrastructure developed in LabVIEW and NI TestStand provides TI's validation community with a uniform and robust method of semiconductor characterization. Additionally, with the PXI platform, TI teams developed highly sophisticated system use cases such as power-up randomization, interface protocol testing, and signal integrity measurements. The result is a highly scalable, highly automated test platform with broad and sophisticated test coverage.
