Standard and Nonstandard Inter-Thread Communication

ID: TS3364

Abstract: Go beyond the basic methods for inter-thread communication used in standard design patterns and discover the different nonstandard usage possibilities. User Events, Queues, and Notifiers use basic properties for nonstandard solutions, for example, the use of dynamically loaded subVIs with Queue creation for multicore calculations (like parallel execution in a For Loop), dynamically started instances of reentrant subVIs containing Notifier creation, or a User Event with registering and unregistering of defined events. Review well-written code for all of these examples during this session.
