There's a problem when I try to use an external clock, routed internal in a PXI 1045, and generate a digital waveform on a NI-PXI 6223. Before that, this worked perfectly. I think something got misconfigured but I don't know what/why.
Please, find attached the VI files where I configure and generate an external reference clock and Diagnostic Results from DAQ Diagnostic Utility (Failed in AI tests).
Kind Regards.

Error -89140 occurred at DAQmx Start Task.vi:2
Possible reason(s):
Driver cannot complete the route, because the only way to make the route requires a trigger bus line, and no trigger bus has been configured in MAX for this device.
If you have a PXI chassis, make sure it has been properly identified in MAX. If you are using a PCI device, create a RTSI cable in MAX that includes your PCI device even if you are not using any RTSI cables.

Hi dSierra,
Thank you for your reply but I am afraid I cannot access this KB web resource -- I got an error 404.
Could you summarize a possible solution (from either this article or any else), please?

Hi dSierra,
Sorry but I haven't got a real time system. My system is a chassis PXI 1045 connected to an industrial PC throught a copper cable link.
In the MAX, my PXI chassis is identified as PXI 1045 and PXI controller as external PC.The software I use is Labview 8.2.1, TestStand 3.5, NI-DAQmx 8.7, VISA 4.3.
Please, find attached 2 screenshots from the MAX config and ask me for any other snapshot or log if needed.
Regards.
