niHSSources cal cal start, device ID

I am trying to use niHSSources cal cal start to create a new calibration session for one of the PXI cards.  One of the required inputs is device ID which takes in a number.  Using DAQ-mx or tradional DAQ name won't work.  54xx calibration procedure states that I can obtain device ID info from MAX but it's nowhere to be found.  What should I use for device ID?

P.S.: I have 10 PXI-cards in a 1045 chassis.

Thanks,

SB

The device ID is whatever DAQmx uses to refer to the device.  For example "Dev1"  it should be listed next to the device under devices and interfaces.

I've tried to do that.  The DAQmx name is PXI1Slot9 for my case but this Device ID input only takes in numeric value.

Palpro,

If you look under the Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) Devices within MAX, if you select the device, the Device Number should be given and you should be able to use this number. I looked at a Traditional Instrument that I have it my computer and it gives me a Device Number of 1. I would try that and see if that works.
