downloading the vi's without converting to RT FIFO To PXI target

In PXI 1042 . RT module. 

when building project in LV2009 one option is to run the wizard that creates either one or Two Timed structure loops where we can replace our code.

on the other hand I am adding a VI  to the project which was running on a system with pci cards.

I did not converted the controls or constants to RT FIFO , but still the Vi is downloading and running in the Target (pxi-8187).

so is it necessary to convert all controls and consttants to RT FIFO's or not??

my application is time deterministic.

You don't have to convert all the controls nad constants to RT FIFOs. Here is a document that describes them:
