Using USB-8473 on PXI-1042

I have a PXI-1042 with a PXI-8101 controller. I want to use my USB-8473 with it. So I have plugged the USB-8473 into the usb slot of the PXI-1042. I have restarted the chassis, and made sure that the NI-CAN2.7 was installed on the chassis. However, when I go to the "devices and interface" in MAX, the USB-8473 still haven't showed up. What is wrong?

The PXI-8101 is running LabView-RT.

Hi Bladhart,

The USB-8473 is not supported under LabVIEW RT.
