Testing 7833R and9151 Expansion Chassis

Is there a test one can run to determine or isolate what problem may prevent the PXI 7833R from seeing C-modules (9853) in a 9151 Expansion Chassis? I can discover the 7833R but regardless which of several different C modules in the 9151 chassis the report is "No modules found".

Yes, we have tried both connector 1 and connector 2, same result.

We suspect either the 9151 or perhaps the cable, hoping it is not the 7833R.
