Hi,
I suggest you go to ni.com/support and create a service request for your issue. On that website, you will be able to create a service request and then call 1-866-275-6964. That way, your service request will be updated with the appropriate notes in regards to your problem and be routed to the RT queue.
To set VI server and enable it, you will need to open up LabVIEW and go to Tool>>Options>>VI Server Configuration and make sure that there is a checkmark on TCP/IP. Note that you may need to change the execution target to the RT controller.
