Mechanical Dimensions of PXI-8105

In a picture it appears that the 8105 controller is 3.5 slots wide(it looks like it has a 1/2 slot blank cover in an 8 slot ni chassis).  I am looking a building a custom chassis, and want it to be as small as possible.  What is the actual size of the front panel for the controller.  I believe slots are 20.32mm wide, so does that mean it is 71.12mm?  More specifically does the opening need to be that size, so that gaskets interfere correctly, implying that the front panel is slightly smaller.

Hey Firefox,

I went an measured one myself, and it seems like the front panel is 8cm wide. Just a correction, I'm pretty sure it's 3u not 3.5u. If you take a look at the specifications manual for the 8105 you'll see the dimensions on page 56.
