Error 0XFFFB388D - An error occurred getting the status information for the chassis. See National Instruments KnowledgeBase 5MEG2971

Hello

When I start MAX and I see the devices, I recived a error saying "Error 0XFFFB388D - An error occurred getting the status information for the chassis.  See National Instruments KnowledgeBase 5MEG2971" in one of the chassis.

I have reinstalled the NIPXI304 and VISA512FULL, but the error still appears

I have done a report with the MAX for obtain more info and to see if any is wrong.

Now I see the two PXI chassis with a red cross and the same error (0xFFFB388D)

What can I do or what I have to install to solve the error?

Best regards

Hi cetest

I think a simple reset of the MAX configuration data should resolve your problem.

How to do that can be read out in this KB:

Solving in my case: delete and install labView rt system. Note reinstall software!!!

1) NI MAX : remote Systems : NI-PXI8101-.... : right click : delete disk;

2) NI MAX : remote Systems : NI-PXI8101-.... : software : add softawre.

3) ..... define chasis

Thank you, 😉
