All connection is correct. Fail at 1A range Channel 0 only. Channel 1 and 2 is ok.
Calibration procedure is correct....Is Chassis or Controller can give such problem.?

Yes, this seems to be related to the card itself since only one of the channels shows this issue in the calibration procedure.
When the issue is related to the chassis itself the card usually fails at more channels.
You can try other cards to check if the error appears. If the error keeps appearing the problem can be related to the chassis itself.
