Hello, we are running a performance verification on a PXI-4071 with CAL EXEC 3.4.1.
2 wire ohm test runs 3 extra steps at what it seems same range, same input, different tolerance, that are not defined in the performance verification manual, these 3 extra steps come up as failures but the software indicates overall test passed, is there a glitch in the software, why is the software ignoring these tests? I have attached a copy of the data collected.
Thank you for your help, regards.

Hello JSOTO
I really appreciate the document that you attached. Regarding with your question you need to configure the correct lower and upper limit because in your case the measured values are out of your range.

Thank you for your comment.
Analyzing the data a little closer we noticed that 4 wire ohms has these 3 measurements and tolerances.
The service manual provided by N.I. does not reflect these 3 particular measurements on the 2 wire ohm test but it does for the 4 wire test, even the tolerances match.
Tolerances for these 3 particular measurements are very narrow for a 2 wire ohm test, is it possible the software has these 3 measurements in the 2 wire Ohm test by error? That would explain why these measurements fail (because it requires a 4 wire set up) but the overall 2 wire test passes.
Please advise, thanks.

I am wondering why in those cases the limits did not change to kOhms. Are you using a labview code or something like that?

Hello
Actually I found two documents that I would like you can read and review, I believe you need to adapt one document with your specific hardware.
