who calls the modeloptions callback?

I'm learning Test Stand and LabWindows.  I can't figure out in my program, how the modeloptions callback gets called.

Do you mean that you want to create a callback to the ModelOptions sequence? If so, you need to create the Sequence File Callback in the Sequences pane: right-click in the Sequences pane, select Sequence File Callbacks..., double-click ModelOptions, then click OK. 

If you're wondering where the ModelOptions Sequence is located, it's in the process model.  You can open your process model by double-clicking the Model field at the very bottom of the Sequence Editor.
