I don't see this behavior. If I can get it to work like that then I will be satisfied. I'll try on another PC later today and let you know.

Any luck on the other machine? I'm interested to see what happens with it. 

 

Also, on the machine that is having the problem, could you attach a screenshot of the About screen (Help > About)? I'd like to test with the exact same build version as your version of TestStand.
