how do i find the serial number physically on a pxi-2532

Can't find the serial number that was on the box on the assembly anywhere.  Just wondering if there's a way I can translate the numbers that are on the board to match the s/n of the assembly specified on the box.  Thanks.

Hi DLo,

If the board is in your computer, you can simply select it in Measurement and Automation Explorer and the s/n will be displayed in the main tab on the right.

The s/n is also on a small barcode sticker on your board and I believe it can be located near the front connector terminal of your switch device.

Thanks PBear.  I knew about the barcoded label with the s/n but in the case of this switch, it has two because it has more than one module and neither of the barcodes matched the s/n that was listed on the box or on the PO.  But checking on explorer helps me choose the correct barcoded label so we can track our units.  Still a little curious as to why the s/n on the box is so different and not the one reported by explorer.  Thanks again.
