Unable to load sequence!!

I have a sequence which was previously loading properly but now it refuses to load due to an apparant "Incorrect File Format" error (see attached image). It's very important I get this sequence to load other I will have lost a lot of work. Does anyone have any suggestion? TIA.

So the seq file was probably saved in the binary format. Is that a network location, and if so do your IT people do backups in the evening?

Otherwise, I dont think there is much you can do.

Thanks, that's what I'm looking into right now. Is it advisable to save my sequences in non-binary format?

Hi,

You might have been able to recover something, but more importantly would be to make regular backups using some tool such as SourceSafe or something similar.
