Teststand Test Executive

Ok, where did the "Teststand Test Executive" go to?  You know, the one without the development part, only the execution part for only the basic Test Technician/operator to use?  It used to be a part of Teststand package, is it now an extra feature or Add-on?

The Term "Test Executive" can't even be found in the Teststand Help Topics or LabVIEW Topics either...  Was this feature erased from NI History?

You can find it in the UserInterfaces folder under Program Files\National Instruments\TestStand <version>\
